What a wonderful contest! I thank you for having it. I have a form of Autism called Asperger\’s Syndrome and wish everybody knew more about Autism. I don\’t agree that vaccines cause Autism, but it\’s still important that it is diagnosed early. Once diagnosed, measures such as speech therapy and social skills classes can help. (I have been to speech therapy for a long time before officially diagnosed and social skills classes a few times after being diagnosed at age 14)
that a lot of the kids diagnosed with learning disabilities in the 80’s would today be diagnosed as having autism.
that early intervention in the first two years is so important
I didnt know that statistic – that 1 in 150 people will be diagnosed with autism. thanks for the contest

There is no single treatment protocol for all children with autism. They are as much different as they are alike.
