Wanted a girl but it goes to show that you don’t really know whats best for you only God does. Because my little boy is the most AMAZING child God could have ever given to us! I could not imagine our family any other way! He is so smart and sweet!

I wanted a girl. My dad was a raging alcoholic and my brother a pain in the ___ since the day he was born. God gave me 4 sons. They are wonderful. No daughters but 2 granddaughters so far. He taught me a lesson

I’ve always wanted a little boy. I just think they are so cute. I love the thought of him spending time with his father – fishing, camping, basketball. My first baby was a boy and I can’t wait for him and my husband to do those father/son things. It’s so cute!

I secretly wanted a little girl, however, I really wanted a healthy baby. The great news is I had a girl :0) Looking to have a boy next, but would be happy with anther little girl. I have always wanted a girl and now I have her.

Of course, I just wanted a healthy baby and gender was much less of a priority. My husband was away from home most of the time, so I wanted a little girl to dress in pretty clothes, play with dolls, and do all of the girly things. I have no interest in most sports, and have no talents for throwing a baseball, football, or basketball, or kicking a soccer ball. I did do these types of things with my daughter but my lack of expertise did not matter.

This may sound really stupid, but I wanted my first child to be a girl because I thought girl’s clothes were much cuter and I wanted to dress her in little dresses and other cute girly things. I did have a daughter and she turned out to be a little tomboy and didn’t really care for the cutsie things.

I wanted all my kids to be girls and my grandkids too and guess what
I had two daughter and now they are grown and I have two granddaughters
what a wish come true and I have live a very happy life with all
my girls I could not have ask for anymore. My youngest daughter just
got married and if she gets pregnant I want another girl. I just
love little girls. They stay closer to you and are there for you I
have seen it over and over again boys just leave their moms most of
them and don’t care.

I was convinced I was having a boy because that is what I always dreamed I would have. It took 3 ultrasounds for me to finally accept I was having a girl. Now, I can’t imagine not having my little girl!
